Overview
Professional Plus membership is available to practicing Structural Integrators who live in the United States. It includes:
- Occurrence-based professional liability coverage
- General and product liability coverage, including coverage for products used during services and products sold by members
- Access to ABMP member resources, such as continuing education and Massage & Bodywork magazine
- Simplified renewal through IASI
Insurance is administered by ABMP. IASI handles enrollment and renewal processing for eligible members.

Occurrence-based coverage means you're protected for covered incidents that happen while your policy is active, even if the claim is filed later.
Coverage applies wherever you work, as long as you practice within your legal scope of practice and within IASI-recognized modalities. ABMP policy terms and conditions apply.
How enrollment works
- IASI Professional Plus members may enroll or renew with ABMP.
- IASI confirms your Professional Plus membership.
- IASI submits your enrollment to ABMP.
- ABMP sends your insurance confirmation directly to you.
Enrollment is typically processed within 1–3 business days after membership confirmation. Please make sure your contact information is accurate when you renew.
Reporting a claim
If an incident occurs, contact ABMP right away to report it and confirm your coverage.

Report incidents promptly. Late reporting may affect your coverage. IASI doesn't process or decide claims; all claims are handled directly by ABMP.

Important clarifications
- Professional Plus is available only to U.S.-based practitioners.
- Coverage is governed by ABMP policy terms.
- Board Certification (BCSI) isn't required for Professional Plus.
- Your IASI membership must stay active to keep coverage. If your membership lapses, your insurance may lapse too.
